Most serious young players are already working hard. What they are missing is direction — someone who has walked the pathway telling them what to do next, and being honest about where they actually stand. That is what we do.

Professional footballer · Bolivia U-20 international

GV San José · Bolivia U-23 & U-17 international
A club coach has twenty players and one season to worry about. Nobody is looking at your son across eighteen months and asking what he specifically needs next — or noticing that he is playing for three teams, growing three centimetres a quarter, and heading straight for an injury.
Three teams, a tournament, then tryouts with no break. Somebody has to be counting, and it should not be a fourteen-year-old.
Parents are told their kid is great. What they need is a truthful answer about which level is actually realistic, and what would change that.
The mental side decides more careers than talent does, and almost nobody coaches it. A player who stops believing quietly disappears.
Every month, every player. Not a drill library — a system where each part knows what the others are doing.
The ball, both feet, under pressure.
Position-specific work built on what the film and the benchmarks say he actually needs — not a generic drill library.
Built for a growing body.
Age-appropriate strength, speed and endurance, scaled to his growth stage and his total load across every team he plays for.
The part that decides careers.
Confidence after a bad game. Pressure at a tryout. A coach who does not pick him. Led by Nico, because the mental side is what separated the players who made it from the ones who did not.
Fuel for who he is now.
Energy scaled to age, body mass, growth stage and training load. Never adult macros on a fourteen-year-old.
Knowing what happens next.
Film, target schools, coach outreach, the recruiting calendar. The rules are knowable — most families are just never told them.
Four steps. The first one is free and you keep it either way.
Thirty minutes on video with Albert or Nico. You get an honest read on where your son actually stands — and a written assessment to keep, whether you join or not.
Once you join, a 10-minute form covering his schedule, injuries, equipment, diet and goals. This is what makes the first plan his rather than generic.
Training, gym, nutrition and mindset, built around his club schedule and his growth stage. Reviewed and signed by a real person before it reaches him.
A check-in from him, a private one from you, and a new block built on what actually happened — not what we assumed.

Where the advice actually comes from
No long-term contract on monthly plans. Change or stop whenever — though we would ask you to talk to us first, because sometimes the right answer is a different programme rather than none.
For the player who trains hard but has no plan behind it.
For the player chasing a top team, a college look, or both.
For the player whose next 24 months decide the pathway.
Teammates who train together and want the same system.

We are taking a limited number of founding members. Founding members keep today’s price for as long as they stay on their programme, including through future price rises. It is a rate lock, not an extra discount — it costs nothing today and it is worth more the longer you stay.
Albert and Nico both play professionally and still live the pathway your son is on. A coaching team sits behind every plan we write — and every one of them is a real person you can look up.

Has lived the pathway your son is trying to walk, including the parts nobody posts about. Builds the training and career side of every plan.

A professional at GV San José who came through the Bolivian national team set-up at U-17 and U-23. Leads the mindset work — confidence after a bad game, pressure at a tryout, being dropped. The mental side is what separated the players who made it from the ones who did not.

A current professional who has played at Sunderland and for the Bolivian national team. Runs the women’s side of FootballPath, for girls chasing college and national-team pathways — she has walked that route herself.

Works on the ball — first touch, weak foot, decisions under pressure. Takes the film notes and turns them into drills a player will actually do on their own.

Came from the professional game — he built S&C for players at D.C. United. Age-appropriate loading, always: he reviews every gym block and pulls volume back on purpose when a player is mid growth spurt.

A current college goalkeeper who has spent five-plus years coaching the position specifically. Goalkeeping is a different sport inside the sport — handling, footwork, distribution under pressure, and the decisions that never show up in a highlight reel.
Builds the fuelling side of every plan. Energy scaled to age, body mass, growth stage and training load — never adult macros handed to a fourteen-year-old.

You see his plans, his training load, his wellbeing and every message we send him. There is no private channel between an adult and your child anywhere in this platform — you are automatically part of every conversation, and your monthly check-in has a private section he never sees.
See the parent portalWe will never promise your son a college place, a scholarship or a professional contract. Nobody can. Around 7% of US high school boys’ players go on to play college soccer at any level, and roughly 1.1% reach NCAA Division I (NCSA Sports). Fewer than 1.5% of NCAA men are drafted to MLS.
What we can do is make a player recruitable, and be straight with you about which level is realistic. If we do not think a goal is achievable, you will hear that on the free call — before you have paid us anything.
One genuine reason for optimism: NCAA Division I men’s soccer scholarships rose from 9.9 to 28 per programme starting in 2025-26. That window is opening now.
Thirty minutes on video. We look at where he is, what he is aiming at, and whether those two things line up. You leave with a written assessment either way — there is no obligation and no pressure, and if we are not the right fit we will say so.
28 — If yours is not here, ask it on the free call.
No, and we are careful about that. His club is his primary environment and we never ask him to skip a club session. Our work is built to fit around it — we even count club training as his main training load. If his coach has questions, we will write something you can forward.
Thirteen is our minimum. At that age the work looks different: less loading, more technical development, and much more attention to growth. We would rather build habits at 13 than fix them at 17.
It is later, and we will say so honestly. At 18 the runway is short and the work shifts heavily toward film, outreach and finding the right level — including options a lot of families never consider, like junior college or a post-graduate year. What we will not do is take your money while pretending there is more time than there is.
A monthly module plus prompts he answers in the app — how he handled a bad game, what he told himself at a tryout, where his confidence went after being dropped. Nico leads it because he has been through the same things at professional level. On Elite it also includes a one-to-one call focused purely on the mental side. It is coaching, not therapy, and we will say so if something needs a professional.
Age-appropriate only, and reviewed by our strength and conditioning coach. No barbell back squats, no maximal testing, no heavy spinal loading for a growing athlete. If he is mid growth spurt we will reduce his gym work on purpose and explain why.
It might be, and we will tell you. The platform tracks total load across every source — club, school, us, other sports. If the combined number is unsafe for his age you will see a red flag with the reason in plain English, and we will suggest what to drop rather than adding more.
You get an email invite within minutes — payment creates an invitation, not an account, because you set it up rather than us creating a login for a minor. You complete a 10-minute onboarding questionnaire covering his schedule, injuries, equipment, diet and goals. His first plan is with you within 72 hours, reviewed and signed by Albert or Nico before it reaches him.
Within 72 hours of the questionnaire being completed. Not instantly, and that is deliberate — a plan generated in ten seconds is a template, and a template is what you can already get for $19.
Almost none. Your son logs sessions in about thirty seconds a day. You do one check-in a month, which takes about three minutes, and you can read as much or as little of the detail as you want.
Yes — and more. You see his plans, his load, his wellbeing and every message. There is no private channel between an adult and your child anywhere in this platform. You are automatically part of every conversation.
Other FootballPath families, and the coaching team. Every channel has an adult from our team in it, there are no private messages between members at all, you can read any channel your child is in, and every post has a report control that goes to a safeguarding contact rather than to the coach. It is deliberately not a Discord server.
Weekly group video sessions — a film room where we break down clips players have sent in, Q&As, and guest sessions with the coaching team. They are all recorded, so training does not mean missing out. If your child is under 18, attendance is a setting you control.
Tell us immediately. We are coaches, not clinicians — we do not diagnose or rehabilitate. What we do is put the plan on hold, flag it, and point you to the right professional. Training through pain is the single most common way a promising young player loses a season.
On Compete and above. You send a full match or a long clip, and you get a timestamped breakdown of decisions — not a highlight reel. Each note links to a drill that lands in his next block, so the feedback turns into work rather than just commentary.
Compete gives you the full plan set, a monthly film analysis and a monthly call. Elite adds the recruiting module — target school list, coach contact tracker, outreach templates — plus direct access to the coaching team, a second film analysis and a dedicated mindset session with Nico. If your son is more than two years from graduating, Compete is usually the right call and we will say so.
From Billing in your parent portal — there is an upgrade page showing exactly what changes, what it costs, and what is added mid-cycle. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. We ask you to speak to us before downgrading, not to talk you out of it, but because sometimes the right answer is a different programme rather than none.
We help you build a realistic target list, get his film and profile in order, track who has been contacted and when, and stay on the right side of the NCAA calendar. We advise families — we are not agents, we do not represent players, and we never claim a relationship with a programme that does not exist.
No. Anyone who does is selling you something. Around 7% of US high school boys’ players go on to play college soccer at any level and roughly 1.1% reach NCAA Division I. We make players recruitable and we are honest about the odds.
It is a performance guarantee rather than a cooling-off window. If we do not publish the first plan within 72 hours of you completing the questionnaire — or we miss a film analysis or call you were owed that month — you get a full refund on request. We do not refund a month that has already been delivered, because you had a free assessment and a written report before paying anything and the plan is real work by named professionals. You can cancel any time and you are never billed again.
You are refunded the unused whole months at the standard monthly rate rather than your discounted one. You keep the discount for the months you actually used. If something serious happens — a season-ending injury, a family emergency — talk to us. We refund in those cases and we do not make it difficult.
Sometimes. Founding members get their first month free, and families who refer a teammate get a discount. Codes go in at checkout. If you were given one and it does not work, message us rather than paying full price and hoping.
Each family pays their own $97 per month — nobody is chasing anyone else for money. But the squad is linked: a cohort needs three paid families before it starts, because below that it is not really group coaching. The moment the third family pays, everyone gets access at once. If a squad never reaches three within fourteen days, every family is refunded in full automatically.
Yes. Both founders are native Spanish speakers playing professionally in Bolivia. Calls, plans and messages can all be in Spanish, and this site has a language toggle at the top.
There is no long-term contract on monthly plans. We also ask you to rate the programme every month, and a low score books a call with us automatically. We would much rather have that conversation than watch you quietly cancel.
Yes. Pausing keeps your founding rate and keeps the record intact — it is not a cancellation. That said, the off-season is often when the most useful work happens, so talk to us before you do it.
Health and wellness information is treated as sensitive: encrypted, access-controlled, never used for marketing, and never visible to business staff. You can export everything at any time, and you can ask us to delete it.
It stays yours. Every plan, report and note remains readable, and you can export the whole thing whenever you like. Cancelling makes the account read-only, not empty.
That is what Team Track is for — groups of three to eight at $97 per player per month. It works best when the players already train together and want one shared system rather than eight different ones.
